Store Coupons

Of course, you can also use coupons/discount codes. Each coupon comes with a code that you can easily enter during checkout. These coupons never expire and can be used in conjunction with promotions and discounts.

My payment was not accepted

There are many reasons why a payment might be rejected. Before contacting our customer service team, please check the following to ensure that the information you entered is correct:

  • The numbers entered are correct.
  • The correct security code and expiration date have been entered.
  • You have sufficient funds in your associated account.
  • If you are still experiencing problems, please try another payment method or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Order Verification

Orders may be subject to payment verification. To protect our customers, we ensure that every shipped order is authorized by the cardholder. If your order is held for verification, we will contact you immediately to minimize delays.



Currency

Prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), but we also accept US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), and British Pounds (GBP) as payment currencies. Prices are subject to change without notice. By placing an order through the website, you agree to purchase the goods at the prices shown on the website, which include all Goods and Services Tax (GST) and shipping costs. Advertised prices do not include shipping costs.

If the product price is not denominated in Australian Dollars, the final price will be calculated based on the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed by your issuing bank. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the estimated prices displayed on the website and the actual product price or exchange rate determined by your provider. 



Price Matching

Brioris is happy to price match with authorized retailers within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be available in at least one size on the competitor's website.
  • The item style/color must be identical.
  • Final Sale – If the competitor's website lists the item as a final sale, we will match the price.
  • Price matching is limited to a maximum of two items of the same product. More than two items will be considered a wholesale quantity, and we will not be able to offer price matching.



Customs and Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. International customs duties and taxes are not displayed on the checkout page. Please note that these duties and taxes are non-refundable if you return your order.

Brioris is not responsible for any actions, fees, or delays caused by customs processes that are beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding potential duties and taxes.

Do you ship to APO or military FPO/DPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to APO or military FPO/DPO addresses.


Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we cannot change the items in the order. However, we can cancel the order at any time before it ships. You can then place a new order for the correct items.



Order Status Inquiry

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).


Possible Delays

We do our best to ensure all orders arrive on time. Please note that we can only obtain estimated delivery dates from the carrier. In rare cases, packages may arrive beyond the estimated delivery time.


How do I track my package?

If you selected a trackable shipping method, please follow these steps to track your package:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on your name in the upper right corner
  • Click "My Orders"
  • Click "Order Details" for the order you want to track
  • Find your item and click "Track Item" under the "Actions" column. Alternatively, check your email for the shipping confirmation email we sent you, which also contains your tracking number and the tracking website!


Why is my package still not trackable?

If you recently received your tracking number, it may take up to 24 hours for the courier company to update the tracking information.


What if my package is lost or stolen?

If the courier marks the package as delivered but you still haven't received it, please wait 24 hours in case the package was marked as delivered prematurely but is still awaiting delivery. We are obligated to wait 24 hours for the courier company. If you still cannot find your package after 24 hours, please contact us at service@brioris.com, and we will be happy to assist you.



Order Cancellation

Sometimes, our system may cancel an order or part of an order for various reasons, such as:

  • Item out of stock
  • Problems processing payment information
  • Unable to ship to the address provided
  • Duplicate order

If we cancel your order, you will receive a refund immediately and an email confirming the order cancellation.
